When testing air brakes, after releasing the service brake, the pressure drop should be:

There should be zero pressure drop at any time
Why: When the engine is off and parking brakes are released, the service brake application should not cause a pressure drop of more than 3 psi per minute on a single vehicle, or 4 psi per minute on a combination vehicle.
